The Company's most recent financing was completed in February 2007, consisting of $30.2 million in new financing, with Novartis Bioventures Ltd., PrismVentureWorks and HBM BioVentures (Cayman) Ltd. co-leading the round. S.R. One, Limited and L Capital Partners SBIC, L.P. also participated, as did certain other existing shareholders of the Company. Novartis Bioventures, HBM BioVentures (Cayman) Ltd., L Capital Partners and S.R. One are new investors to Locus.
